RETURN POLICY
You can initiate a return for most new and unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. You must return items in new or unused condition with ALL original materials included with the shipment. The items must also be in the original condition. We must receive your returned items at our facility within 30 days of delivery.
If you initiate a return after 15 days, Qoollooq may issue a partial refund (90% of the original cost) depending on elapsed time and condition of merchandise. However, returns still must be received at our returns processing facility within 30 days for any refund.
We inspect all returned items when they arrive at our processing facility. We refund the full cost of the merchandise and all original shipping charges if your return is a result of our error or defective product. If the return is not a result of our error and you initiate a return of an unopened item within 15 days of delivery, we refund the full cost of the merchandise minus the original shipping charge. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Returns must be received at our returns processing facility within 30 days.
If you return an item that has been opened, is missing original packaging or tag, or shows signs of wear and/or use, we will not refund your money. You will be asked again to pay the extra shipping cost.
You can expect your refund within four weeks of shipping your package back to us. In many cases you will receive a refund sooner, but we estimate four weeks because of the time required for return shipping (up to 14 days), product inspection at our returns facility (up to 5 business days), and processing from your bank or credit card company (up to 5 business days). We will notify you via email with the details of your refund, and we issue refund in the form of payment used to make your purchase.
·         How to initiate a return
· You can choose your own shipping courier or postal service to attain a shipping label with tracking numbers. Please include your RA# on shippers address.
· Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include your RA#.
· Affix your shipping label you created to the package, making sure no other tracking labels are showing.
· Write down your tracking number for future reference.
· When your package is ready, drop it off at your nearest post office or shipping courier you selected.
·         Exchange
Return your purchase (within 30 days of delivery). Order your new merchandise at the same time. You will be charged again for the shipping. We’ll bill your credit card for the new merchandise and process your credit for returned merchandise as soon as we receive it.
·         What’s eligible for return?
You can return or exchange any item that’s in its original condition (unwashed and unworn) or defective, unless it was purchased for final sale.
·         Can I return Final Sale items?
No, we do not accept returns or exchanges on final sale merchandise.
